Dr. Brittany Londer
POST-DOCTORAL RESIDENT
Supervised by Dr. Hendrickson
I am a post-doctoral resident practicing under the supervision of Dr. Hendrickson. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Walden University and provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive and structured environment designed to promote meaningful change. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
My work is especially well-suited for individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related conditions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), two highly effective, evidence-based treatments. EMDR helps clients process and resolve traumatic or distressing experiences that continue to feel “stuck,” while ERP is considered the gold standard treatment for OCD and anxiety-driven avoidance patterns. These approaches are active, structured, and focused on helping clients reduce symptoms in lasting ways.
I work well with clients who feel caught in cycles of fear, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, panic, or avoidance, as well as those whose past experiences continue to shape how they see themselves and the world. Many of my clients are motivated for change and ready to confront patterns that no longer serve them, even when the work feels challenging. My approach balances warmth and compassion with practical skill-building and evidence-based interventions.
I see children ages 4+, adolescents, and adults. When working with children and teens, I collaborate closely with parents or caregivers so that skills learned in session can be reinforced at home. With younger clients, I integrate developmentally appropriate strategies including play, art, and skill-building techniques.
I believe that healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship. My role is to provide a nonjudgmental, steady presence while guiding you through structured interventions that can help you move toward relief, resilience, and greater confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges.
Self-pay rate: $120 per 50-minute session.
