POST-DOCTORAL RESIDENT
Supervised by Dr. Hendrickson

I am a post-doctoral resident practicing under the supervision of Dr. Hendrickson. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Walden University and provide individual and family therapy in a supportive, structured environment designed to promote meaningful and lasting change. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

I specialize in working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, depression, ADHD, oppositional behaviors, and related challenges. My work is particularly well-suited for individuals who feel stuck in cycles of fear, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, panic, avoidance, or behavioral difficulties. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which are evidence-based treatments that help clients process unresolved trauma and reduce anxiety and OCD symptoms in lasting ways. These approaches are active, collaborative, and focused on building practical skills alongside symptom relief.

When working with children and teens, I collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that strategies and coping tools are reinforced at home. I also support parents in strengthening effective parenting strategies to improve behavior, enhance connection, and create more stability within the family system.

I believe healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship. My role is to provide a steady, nonjudgmental presence while guiding you through structured, evidence-based interventions that build resilience, confidence, and insight. Reaching out for support is a meaningful and courageous step. Together, we will create a space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and strength.

Self-pay rate: $120 per 50-minute session.
