Dr. Jennifer Nanson

POST-DOCTORAL RESIDENT
Supervised by Dr. Hendrickson

I believe in your capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation. My approach is centered on building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a safe, supportive space where you can heal, navigate life's challenges, and unlock your full potential.

I utilize a blend of positive psychology, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques to address anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, anger management, and grief. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing healthier strategies to overcome obstacles.

I specialize in helping high-performing professionals and individuals in high-risk, high-stress environments learn how to not just survive, but truly thrive. With nearly 20 years of experience in hospital and first responder settings, I understand the complexities of these environments both professionally and personally. If you struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, insecurity, or imposter syndrome, please know that you're not alone.

Taking the first step towards improving your emotional and psychological well-being can be daunting, and mental health is often the last thing we prioritize. However, if you're ready to invest in yourself and create lasting change, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I offer both virtual and in-person therapy. Let's work together to help you achieve your goals and enhance your overall well-being.

Self-pay rate: $120 per 50-minute session.
