About Dr. Hendrickson
Welcome — I’m Dr. Shannon Hendrickson.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping people grow, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives. I earned my Doctorate of Psychology in 2015 from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology and have worked across diverse clinical settings, including hospice care, forensic and correctional systems, juvenile justice, and group homes. These experiences shaped my understanding of resilience, trauma, and the powerful ways systems and relationships impact mental health.
In 2020, I transitioned from managed care settings into private practice to provide more personalized, outpatient care. I work especially well with women who feel overwhelmed by cultural expectations, relational pressures, perfectionism, burnout, and the invisible labor they often carry. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and high-functioning - yet internally exhausted, self-critical, or questioning their worth.
I have pursued specialized training in ADHD in women, including late diagnosis and how symptoms often present differently than traditional models suggest. As a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work. I understand the shame, confusion, and self-doubt that can come from years of feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or simply different - and I am passionate about helping clients move toward clarity, self-acceptance, and sustainable functioning.
My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in client-centered care. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a supportive, direct, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore patterns, process experiences, and build tools that align with your values and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, camping, hiking, and spending time with friends, family, and my pets.
Self-pay rate: $200 per 50-minute session.

About Dr. Londer
Hello — I’m Dr. Brittany Londer.
I am a post-doctoral resident practicing under the supervision of Dr. Hendrickson. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Walden University and provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive and structured environment designed to promote meaningful change. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
My work is especially well-suited for individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related conditions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), two highly effective, evidence-based treatments. EMDR helps clients process and resolve traumatic or distressing experiences that continue to feel “stuck,” while ERP is considered the gold standard treatment for OCD and anxiety-driven avoidance patterns. These approaches are active, structured, and focused on helping clients reduce symptoms in lasting ways.
I work well with clients who feel caught in cycles of fear, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, panic, or avoidance, as well as those whose past experiences continue to shape how they see themselves and the world. Many of my clients are motivated for change and ready to confront patterns that no longer serve them, even when the work feels challenging. My approach balances warmth and compassion with practical skill-building and evidence-based interventions.
I see children ages 4+, adolescents, and adults. When working with children and teens, I collaborate closely with parents or caregivers so that skills learned in session can be reinforced at home. With younger clients, I integrate developmentally appropriate strategies including play, art, and skill-building techniques.
I believe that healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship. My role is to provide a nonjudgmental, steady presence while guiding you through structured interventions that can help you move toward relief, resilience, and greater confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges.
Self-pay rate: $120 per 50-minute session.
